RaeJen Photography has over 25 years of combined experience in professional photography, with 16 years specifically in the wedding industry. We also have university degrees in photojournalism and art photography. Jennifer Rae Gaines

From the first time my high school art teacher, Ms. Anderson, introduced me to the darkroom and placed a camera in my hand, I have been devoted to the art of photography. Since then, I have furthered my photography skills by working with several talented local photographers, graduating from Kennesaw State University, and becoming a member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA). This passion and steady pursuit of fine art has led to the creation of RaeJen Photography.

I am very proud of the fact that my work has been well received not only by our clients, but also by our peers in the industry. Over the years, I have been published in Nikon’s “Best of Photography” annual for my artistic work, while I Do for Brides has also featured our wedding photography in its magazine.

In addition to running one of the best photography companies in the area, I am now starting to work on my MFA in photography. I look forward to expanding my knowledge of this art form and being able to offer that much more to our clients.

Jennie Farnsworth

In my early teens, I started shooting photography after avidly watching my father, a photography hobbyist, document every family event and occasion with his manual 35mm. At the age of 20, and after years of tinkering, my first published photograph appeared in a trade magazine.

Since that time, I have graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor's in photojournalism. My experience includes photographing for a daily newspaper and a business journal, and freelancing for a number of magazines and associations.

Through all of my years and experiences, I have found that documenting someone's wedding day can be one of the most fulfilling photography opportunities possible. Only a handful of occasions bring together love, joy, family and community spirit like a wedding. It's always exciting to capture these rare moments for you to enjoy for a lifetime.
